The Berlin, Germany native triggered a 20-0 opening salvo that had the Wildcats warming up the bus long before the first quarter came to an end.
Oregon led 31-4 at the first break and the Ducks never looked back. Sabally topped the scoresheet with 25 points, sinking nine of her 14 attempts, including five of seven with the three ball.
Despite that sparkling stat line, Sabally has to share the headlines with the incomparable Sabrina Ionescu who notched her NCAA record setting 16th career triple-double combining 21 points with an even dozen assists and rebounds.
As a team Oregon shot 52.4%, making 33 of 63 shots while holding the Wildcats to 25 of 60 (41.7%). The Ducks owned the glass 41- 25 and forced Arizona into 17 turnovers.
The win was Oregon’s 10th straight and kept the Ducks perfect in Pac-12 play at 6-0; 17-1 overall. Arizona fell to 13-5 on the season, 3-5 in conference play.
The Ducks take to the road next, facing Washington State on Friday at 7:00 pm before tangling with the Washington Huskies at 2:00 pm on Sunday. Both games will be carried on the Pac-12 Networks.
