Rainsberger, Oregon Women Dominate Dellinger Meet

Katie Rainsberger blasted the course record and the Oregon women finished 1-2-3 to run away from the field in the 2017 Bill Dellinger Invitational Friday morning at Springfield Country Club.

Rainsberger took command from the start of the race and finished the course in 18:47.6 to demolish the course record by 37 seconds and more than 18 seconds ahead of teammate Lilli Burdon.

Oregon finished with 33 points to runner-up Stanford’s 66.

Cooper Teare finished ninth overall for the men with a time of 23:52.3 with the Ducks finishing behind BYU and Stanford in the team standings with 75 points.
